Thin skinned snowflake who was offended by your post, most likely. Some people are The Real WTF... Wait, wrong site.
What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?
The metaphorical solid rear-end expulsions have impacted the metaphorical motorized bladed rotating air movement mechanism.
Do questions with multiple question marks annoy you???

There are two kinds of people in the world: those who can extrapolate from incomplete data.
There are only 10 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who don't.

When I upvoted, the score was 3, indicating a downvote, only possible in the Lounge through reporting as Spam/Abusive.

Hello. This is no fun but I wonder if there is a public web-searchable - or other "inquire-able" - way to find out if a person has been incarcerated in the state of New York. And if he/she is not, could such inquiries/searches get this person into any trouble? A person dear to me, across the Atlantic, has vanished from the face of the earth. Thanks a bunch.

Usually one would first call the hospitals in the area. After that, the neighbours would be getting a call.
Is there any reason you're expecting incarceration?

Looks like regularly scheduled maintenance intervals. 15 minutes on weekdays, 60 on weekends.
It'd be interesting to see if it'a actually always down the interval, or just that they're not promising anything during that time period.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

Forget it - they want money for the report before you are even sure it's the person you wanted, ratehr than someone with a similar name and state.

Living in NYC is indistinguishable from incarceration, but with the disadvantage that you don't turn up on any search engine (unless you're the tweety type), and nobody gives you food for free.

I'm not sure that's quite true: you get better food and medical care in prison!
