Again, not a movie. That was my last job and it was the Alosaurus (spelling deliberate) that took over the circus.
The language is JavaScript. that of Mordor, which I will not utter here
This is Javascript. If you put big wheels and a racing stripe on a golf cart, it's still a f***ing golf cart.

"No, from Canada."

What are you fleeing from? A bad infestation of fleas, or a computer that can't tell you when you've chosen the wrong word?

Definitely. I live in central Ohio and he's the big one, he's a legend here. Even our airport was recently renamed John Glenn International Airport.

This is my ongoing log of attempting to deploy an app to the app store for the first time (first-time apple dev, first-time to deploy specific app or any app).
I've also been comparing and contrasting the challenge to Android deploy and talked about this here at CP[^] and then the most recent here at CP[^].
Update
My app has now been "Waiting For Review" for over 36 hours, although I'm seeing posts around the Internet that apps only stay in that status for a few hours. I have no way to even ask about the status. That's a bit troubling.
I found some info from Apple that states:
Quote: Once you've submitted your app for review, you can view its status in the My Apps section of iTunes Connect or on the iTunes Connect App for iPhone and iPad. Review times may vary by app. On average, 50% of apps are reviewed in 24 hours and over 90% are reviewed in 48 hours. If your submission is incomplete, review times may be further delayed or your app may be rejected. Once your app has been reviewed, its status will be updated and you will be notified. For details on viewing and changing your app’s status, read the iTunes Connect Developer Guide.
Hmm....I'm at 36 hours and still waiting for review.
Maybe it's the holiday rush.
Anyone have experience with this?
Edit
I've just received (about an hour after posting this in lounge) an email from Apple stating:
Quote: The status for the following app has changed to In Review.
App Name: CYaPass
App Version Number: 1.0
Who's pulling the strings for me at CodeProject? Go ahead and reveal yourself.
I know you're out there.

I'm not sure...but I am writing a Psychoanalysis App that you will soon be able to download and simply scan your face and it will tell you if you're certifiably insane or not.
As a bonus, it will tell you if you're a criminal or not too:

Ah, I see you have the machine that goes ping. This is my favorite. You see we lease it back from the company we sold it to and that way it comes under the monthly current budget and not the capital account.

Thanks that is all great information. I really appreciate you posting and letting me know.
I did provide quite a lot of information about the app too in the hope that it would all go well.
I may have written up too long of a description?
