Congrats on the weight loss, sometimes just getting started can be the most difficult part.
It was broke, so I fixed it.

Yeah, it was difficult. But now that I'm seeing results I want more!

Two and a half years ago I started going to the gym three times a week (20 minutes weights, 20 minutes walking/cycling) and reduced my caloric intake to 1450 calories (using MyFitnessPal and being very accurate in my serving sizes.) I didn't pay much attention to what I actually ate and lost 18 pounds within six months (and have maintained my weight since.) More importantly, I went from about 25% body fat to about 18%, which is really the more important measure.
For the record, my carb, fat, protein diet percentage is 55, 30, 15. (I've learned that if I reduce my carbs and fat below that, it really hammers me and causes my anxiety to increase, among other things. Of course, everyone is different so you have to learn what works best for you.)

Wow, good work!
Going from 25% to 18% is indeed more important than your actual weight. If I keep doing what I do now I think I'll even gain some weight because I'll grow some muscles (which is of course a good thing!).
I'm not as strict as you though, my fat percentage is pretty much allright, it's just all stacked in one place.
The key to losing weight and staying that way is by changing the way you live. In my case it means a little more exercise. So once my belly reaches the size I want it to be I'll start snacking again (from time to time) and I'll keep exercising. Should hopefully do it for me

I just started doing the same, myfitnesspal only though and I've lost about 5 pounds just doing that. Will start exercising this week.
And, btw, good work!

any weight loss is a good thing. There might be set backs from time to time, but keep moving forward and all will be good.
I personally, would rather have the extra weight in my belly, then in my buttocks.
I just wanted to use the word buttocks. Funny sounding word, that buttocks is.

I ... am not sure what to think here. I mean, 64kg for 1m80 is close to the lower limit of the "normal" weight (according to BMI), so you are already close to be too ... slim. I wonder how you can develop a beer belly in this condition.

Yeah, in nearly every company I'm the lightest in the room, my arms and legs are the thinnest in the room, many 'regular-sized' girls are bigger and heavier than me... But my belly stands out and, despite everything else, is the biggest in the room (or at least looks biggest because it's so out of proportion)
If some of the 64 kg was muscles and some of the fat went to my arms and legs I'd have a perfectly healthy body. Unfortunately I have no (visible) muscles and all the fat is in one place.

I hate to tell you this, but "a considerable amount of fat and/or sugar" isn't the problem. The problem is where there's a considerable amount of both.
Eat as much fat as you like, and as much sugar as you like, as long as it's not in the same mouthful.
Another big no-no is sugar and water, so no more snacks of cake and cola, K?
(And, horror of horrors, no more brown sauce on your bacon butties!)
