I had to google what PD&J was! I don't think I have ever eaten an oreo.

Is that "they are good" or "eewww! Shoot the inventor"?
If good: nah. Chicken sate at a street stall in Thailand or Malaysia. Oh yes. The Perfect Food - and I exaggerate not, these are better than BACON!
If bad: Meh. Oreos are not even good biscuits (too dry, and too sweet for me) but PB goes well with so many things - including BACON - that it could well improve them.
Mind you, there is now a PB Twix bar[^] which has to set a new low standard for chocolate-biscuit-type-sweeties.
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

The jury is still out. The best thing I ever had with PB&J was when it was on a burger. That was goooood!

In a word, ick .
I love PB&J, in fact it's my favorite post-long-run recovery food. I love Oreo's™, as cookies and milk are my favorite post-work-debacle recovery food.
Mixing the two together... blech.

Happy user of Windows 7, see other Windows 10 rants. This is not a rant, I just despise the default, built in desktop manager Microsoft "included" in Windows 10.
Does anyone know how to turn it off? I want my old manager back.

Care to describe the problem you are having with the desktop manager?

I've used one virtual desktop manager for 5+ years on Windows 7. I like it, I know all the short cut keys, I understand it's behavior.

The question is of course [The Lounge] If your dog eats your SIM card... (will it get dissolved before it comes out?)[^]
As it turns out, a SIM card can pass through your canine companion without being damaged. After patiently checking the output from your furry friend for a few days before finally locating it like a prize in a box of cereal, taking the SIM card through a rigorous cleaning process and then popping it back in the phone will restore full functionality to your phone.
This does raise a new question: How long does it take before you can look back at this and laugh about it?

One question, one comment.
Q) What was on the SIM card that required retrieval?
C) You need a life.

Not necessary. I have already set up fart noises for her ring tone

How did you know which dog to follow?
|
|

Well, I didn't know for sure, but with about 95% confidence.
1) One of them is quite picky about what he eats and will spit stuff out if he doesn't like it. The other one will eat anything you put in front of him.
2) The next morning I found signs that one of them had been vomiting during the night, which is a sure sign that he ate something that he wanted to get out again. A quick smell test around the mouth of both dogs pointed to the usual suspect.

I have that shirt as well. When you said "the wife's sim card", it all became very clear.
Does she know the extent to which you have gone to recover the sim card? Now, it could be that you have these kinds of dogs: Chihuahua[^] in whihc case not too impressive.
In the other hand, you might have two of these:Newfoundland[^] in which case, I salute you sir. I hope she was worth the effort.
