I no longer mind being used, so long as it feels good. Being unused, though, is just a waste of excellence.

The guys I work with deliberately create unreferenced variables in order to generate compiler warnings:
int Somebody_needs_to_review_this_before_release; rather than use
#pragma message("Somebody needs to review this before release");

Look what new computer is on the market for only $99 and it comes with Win 10 installed!
Quote: Kangaroo Mobile Desktop Computer KJ2B#001-NA Intel Atom X5-Z8500 (1.44 GHz) 2 GB LPDDR3 32 GB eMMC Windows 10 Home
They call it a "mobile desktop," and it looks like a fine machine.
I have purposely not included a link because I don't want to be voted off the island for spamming, but if you Google it, I'm sure you'll find it.

Since Win10 costs $100 that's a good deal.

Absolutely true. But these types of machines are great for specialized tasks!
I have one called Liva that uses the Intel System on Chip, and I have it currently configured as my network router. It blocks all Windows telemetry domains as well as 16 MB of advertising and tracking domains.
I love it.

16 Mb worth of domains?
Where did you get that list from?

I was thinking HTPC as well. If it can handle 1080p, I'm in.

I had to write some scripts (=macro) for a google sheet handling the results of a google form, e.g. I made my first steps into javascript.
I feel dirty now. What language is this ? It leaves you with the sad impression of "ok, it works, but, geeeez..."

Have a look at TypeScript[^]. It's typed javascript that compiles to regular javascript.
