There's always that solution. Took me long enough to abandon IE, you think I'm gonna switch browsers just because of this?

Please select all that apply (and any you just like):
[ ] Just reminder to Keep Options Open
[ ] Preemptively avoid next MS(Edge) attack on sanity
[ ] Reply drawn from approved "Gratuitous Replies List"
[ ] Having learned your lesson you may move more quickly, this time*
[ ] Randomly Check any of the above.
[ ] I refuse to select any of these options
* isn't Edge becoming Chrome, anyway?

It's Chrome, but without sending all the data to Google. Frankly that's all I need.
(and yes, I realize the data's being sent to MS instead...but I'm a lot more comfortable having my data slurped up by them than by the world's largest advertising company).

Microsoft Edge Shares Privacy-Busting Telemetry, Research Alleges | Threatpost[^] - although not that convincing.
One telling comment I read in a search-blurb (search by google, of course) is that with Edge built into Windows, you are already effectively compromised. Like how they have built into a .dll an override to your hosts file so you cannot circumvent their domains.

Even if Edge "compromised" the OS, the OS is made by the same company--there's not much the browser can provide to MS that the OS can't already obtain.

Sounds like you absolutely love Windows 10.
No doubt you're excited about their next big update !
In this new and improved version you not only lose control of your own computer because they want to "update" it - but the new and improved Edge will even select what website you'll browse !
Ahhhhh. Life's good!

The right-mouse button click is pretty much defined on a per-app basis. I tend to use Ctrl-C / Ctrl-V.
But, I did find the solution in the end (see the responses above).

Well, yes.
I would argue that the quality of the mask matters a lot more than how many you're using.
A neck gaiter is more or less pointless. But I suppose it would do a good job of keeping the proper one in place.
I suspect this is just another symptom of, "We must show we take this serious", and thereby succeeding in the opposite.
<edit>Reading the article a second time shows that they know this, Quote: “One layering strategy is to use a cloth mask that has multiple layers of fabric. Another strategy is to wear two masks or a ‘double mask,’”
“Two of the disposable masks will not improve fit,” it's all about single layer cloth masks being basically useless.

I'm fairly sure this is grounds for being booted from CP and from all other Social Media.
This is strike zero against you and the next one will result in all your Internet privileges being removed.

Probably just as well.
I was writing a long post about antivaxxers on one side and lockdown loonies on the other, until realizing that I might just actually get removed.

No, no - he's been misinterpreted.
One mask covers your face, the other your ass.
Simples!

If it was such a great idea, can someone explain to me why surgeons haven't been doing that in operating rooms since, well...forever?
Because surgeons wear proper masks, not homemade or fashionable ones made of cloth.
So you're suggesting we've been provided with "improper" masks all along? Where do you get yours?
I have an acquaintance working as a surgeon's assistant in an ER, and he's been my supplier. I can't tell these masks apart from those most people are wearing (and are now being told to double and triple).
I don't know where I get mine, because my wife bought them.
They look like surgical masks but may not be N95 rated. But they certainly seem to be better than cloth masks.
The little earloop blue surgical masks are not rated for viruses. They're bacteria-catchers.
And the study showed that the only ones in the surgical suite who actually need to wear them are the folks leaning over the patient. More anti-drool than anything else.

Yeah, government laws apply even if your IQ is larger than your shoe size ...
