Better job, no. More pay, maybe. Where does it stop? That's why we have monopoly laws.
See below. It's called greed.

Exchange inferior work is easy (10)

Hmmm,
Too easy, it required less effort to solve this one.

I got effortless from Randor 's comment, and see the "work is easy" and "less" bits; but why is "exchange" <-> "effort"?

Inferior clues for less, work for effort, and then you exchange them. Or so I figure.

@dandy72
Any chance I can get you to sign up for thirty seconds? I'm on a streak at the moment with 10 consecutive days of "all objectives met".
If so, let me know, and I'll send you an invite online. No rush, objectives change at 06:00 UTC.
If not, I'll try elsewhere ...

Hmmm.
I am curious, are you playing video games on console or PC?

PC - I used to have an XBox 360, but it developed the Red Ring Of Death twice, so I went back to PCs.
It'a a more expensive way to do it (because the hardware specs keep rising and so does the hardware price) so I tend to play older games, mostly.

Well,
There are a lot of controversies associated[^] with the game you are playing. I don't know much about it, except what I've read online.
Do you agree with the criticisms?

Just sounds like a couple of reviewers trying to sound relevant to me.
It's GTA FFS. Anybody who thinks it's a misrepresentation of the real world needs to stop and ask themselves why they are comparing a video game to the real world.

I'd agree with the misogyny: pretty much the only NPC characters that are female are strippers or worse, and at least one of the daily objectives in the online version requires you to "get a lapdance". That's not good.
The torture I haven't seen, but this is a game about crime and criminals, so since it happens in RL it's probably to be expected.
But ... it's a "sandbox" game - you don't have to do anything in particular, though the game may reward you for behaving badly.

In contrast, you could hardly say that the males are portrayed any better. It's not like they are made out to be role-models or heroes. I mean look at Trevor... he's a low-life junkie psychopath.
