No, it's 2013-11-12. What you posted is ambiguous nonsense.

The trollometer is high in the third quartile and I have stopped responding to Jo Jo. I would advise the same until something constructive appears.

He does appear to be posting random rubbish to an extent.
If he was rude as well, I'd suspect that ContractingStupidity had reappeared...

As most of the people who frequent this place tend to do ...
It is always the same pattern with the newbies (vonb is a great example - he posted a daily weather report at start, no he only posts from time to time). MMM will settle down and be posting the same drivel with the same rythm as anyone else does.

Love or Hate Apple, one thing I've always admired is their focus on directing the user to perform actions. It's (usually) very obvious how one goes about doing obvious things.
However, lately I'm finding more and more cases where usability is worse than it has been. The Calendar on iOS is a huge backward step, the disappearing browser controls on Safari mobile, and the not-obvious Spotlight in iOS.
The latest thing I've found just has ben scratching my head.
Hands up who can find the link to download safari: http://www.apple.com/safari/[^]

Download ? Don'T you have to buy it and it comes over SnailMail on a design-shaped DVD ? After all, it's an Apple product.

I can't even see it in Opera's links tab. Weird.
Reminds me of the SUPER ©[^] video converter download page(s), which are so far away from desirable UX that they're not even in the alphabet.

Not talking about the UI of the app itself. The design is about as bad as the software is awesome. (Mind you, I prefer it this way around).

...Because they are busy selling you their stuff.
And I thought providing the different links to download different browsers is Microsoft's job.
But I like the new Twitter feed integration with Safari.
