We had a customer show up super drunk once and was running around the hall making a scene... every person he came across he hugged (mostly in an inappropriate manner). After that, word must have gotten around to his superiors because he stopped showing up at all (sober or otherwise).
We also had a coworker, who was the company accountant, that was a raging alcoholic. During his lunch break, he occasionally just went and sat in his car and drank warm beers that he stashed in there.
Yep... strange folk...

We had a customer that like to get drunk and call tech support. He'd usually have his equally drunk wife on another extension contributing to the conversation.

As a matter of fact, yes, but the two weren't related.

It turns out that a friend of my wife has a box of Star Wars figures from the seventies that her husband had bought when he was a kid. She had no idea they were worth anything. They are in the original Kenner cardboard box (apparently valued at $300-400 on its own). There are 11 figures including a couple of Han Solos, a Luke Skywalker and a 3CPO (the best one IMO) amongst others. They are in pristine condition with the original price label on there - $1.97!!!
I got to take a look last night and, wow, they are items of beauty.
I'll have a full list next week. If anyone thinks they might be interested drop me a line and I'll get back to you. I'm not sure what they are worth but if there are any aficionados out there...
They are similar to this but in even better condition: 1977 Star Wars Stormtrooper[^]

Hint: "3CPO" is not a droid in Star Wars. I think you meant "C3PO".
