What do I do if I've updated my Flash Player but am still getting the error message?
Already have the latest version of Flash Player, but still getting an error message?
If you're using Internet Explorer, this might be an issue with a setting in your browser. Don't worry, it's easy to fix:
• Click the tools gear in the top right corner of your Internet Explorer window
• Select 'safety' to open the safety sub-menu
• Make sure there is no check mark next to the 'ActiveX Filtering' option
• If there is a check mark, click on it to remove it
So, how do we allow it for some sites, but not others?

Sorry John, smells like spam... You've been a member for 2 years and this is your only post.
[Edit] And I'm not stuck, I like where I am.
It was broke, so I fixed it.

I just found out that at the end of my profile page (the one with the picture) there is a kind of forum. What for?

OK. I got some ideas (I looked into yours too ). But why put that posts there and not on one of the general programming forums?

And what's wrong with him putting something there? Plus, why the annoyed icon?

? I put there a 'mad' icon as a bad guy who looks after your private thought...
And of course nothing wrong with what and why he puts there.
It was a kind of joke, because he told me to look into someone else private forum - as he has nothing to show off. And he has! Good things!

It's for people to ask you questions that aren't about a specific article, but for which they want the answers to be available for reference. It's kind of a venue for a Reddit AMA type Q&A. For most of us ordinary members though it's completely unused (I know mine is).

[RANT MODE]Mentioned this on Friday am doing an Update VB project for a test rig, effectively [hope not to cause offense] 'putting a band aid on Cancer!' the test rig software is so flaky that the ini file will error and crash with only a 'Please Save Your Work' message box and no explanation of what hit the fan!, There is multiple coding styles, bits of the code that I have fixed, tested and found they weren't the error because of a well placed goto they can never be reached. It's due to be sent out today hopefully no will mess with it until after Christmas (I do not want to have a bug report hanging over Christmas!) being the last programmer to touch it all the blame will fall at my door even though the famous "well it was working when it was left with you", "no I took out the issue with it swallowing the error and doing nothing with it"[/RANT MODE]
