Just because it's a childrens programme doesn't mean adults can't enjoy it: Shrek was good, and so were the "Despicable Me" films.
It's made by the Drama dept for budget reasons, not because it's actually a drama!

Not a Drama?
What is it then, it is not News and Current Affairs.

Why? Did the thought of him get you all hot and sweaty?
The correct response is to indicate rage against the talentless monkey-juvenile and, if possible, start a fund to pay for getting you in front of him with an extremely large baseball bat.

I believe the proper response is:
"I've just had an unhappy love affair, so I don't see why anyone else should have a good time."

If you knew it at all, you would not forget it. Started as a radio play, became a series of books, then a TV show, then an AWFUL movie.

You twit... I remember reading Hitchiker's Guide back when it was a trilogy (in England in 1992)... I don't remember that particular quote.
So long and thanks for all the fish!!

It's from the original radio series, when Arthur gets his Babel Fish inserted. The Vogon Captain is making an announcement and that's part of the first translation Arthur hears: the Captain announcing a search for Ford and Arthur, and cancelling all planet leave for his crew.

Some people just read it. To others, it became a way of life...
It's the Vogon captian, before reading his poetry.
