Do you have a lemon?
Black tea with lemon and a dash of sugar is quite nice.

No Lemon the closest thing is a random green thing in the fridge, might have been a lime at some stage, but now growls at you if you go too near...

It's mint! Quick - get the kettle on!

Well, according to Dilbert[^], pocket lint makes an acceptable parsley replacement, and parsley is green, same as mint. So it might work...

MTFU? Not coding at the mo, testing graphics stuff (with mixed results). A guy I knew was a Hunter S Thompson fan and had IV stand modified for a bottle of Wild Turkey...

Don't worry mate,
Its a free(kinda) country(well not all) and you can grow whatever you want(well all but you don't want others to know about the "growing").
About the tea i keep a stash of at least 6 boxes of different tea at work. I am sick of the same tea for almost 2 years.
We all have days in which we don't want to code/ work/ think.

Can't drink my coffee without milk!

I tend to have milk to kill the heat, I don't mind really mind other than that. However cultural difference the milk in the states I find a touch too sweet....

There are cultural differences within the states also. For instance we in the south drink "Sweet Tea" which is cold tea that has sugar added to it and if you go to the north and ask for sweet tea they think you're an ignorant redneck from the south. They drink it unsweetened, I guess that makes them more edumacated?

Not to get too snooty but as a Brit the worst mistake you can make is have tea in the 'colonies' as the tea is not properly steeped!!

No I agree with you completely all Brits are snooty!
Our tea and beer here in the colonies is so watered down that they taste like flavored water.

What is important is the tea or coffee; additions are nice, but certainly not necessary.
And I prefer my tea black - plain - neat... and the blacker the better.

I remember offering a coffee to a customer, me "how would like it?" answer "black as my soul", (two steps back) "fine..."
