It's a real stinker when that happens.
It happened to me once and the CP bouncers backed up by the SAS Hamster squad went knocking at their door and soon put them to shame.
Have they published the article with your name attached or as in my case did someone attribute the article author to themselves?
If it's the former than maybe try to feel flattered - if it's the latter I hear the sound of locking and loading and the patter of small feet...

Nope, the author seems to be 'Chinese' for the Chinese site and 'English' for the English version.

Possibly some more CP articles too. But I tried search there but it seems not working, returned empty.

I suspect he copied an earlier revision of your article. Your article had six revisions[^] at least ten days before the copy was taken.

Not if you look at the date it was published.

That takes talent.

The date shown on the top of CP articles is the date of the last revision. On the right side you can find the initial posting date which is before the article has been copied.

Bing did it. I was binging 'MultiDropdown' to check how famous my article is and it came up with these results.

Sucks!
But you know what sucks even more? There is no rating system there, otherwise you would have a golden chance to down-vote your own article.... like a boss.

I looked at the version of this article and you first made it publicly available July 17, 2011, 10 days before their date.
