Guinness. But it depends where I am - it doesn't travel well...

Guinness or Beamish, that's the question.
Beamish is called the poor mans Guinness, by those that prefer Guinness.
I've also heard some say: "Do you know the difference between a Guinness and a Beamish?" "No" "10p"
I have tried them both as proper draughts side by side, and while I can say that there is a difference, it's close to inappreciable.
When the price is the same I'd choose Beamish.
Murphys is damaged goods.

I love me Guinness, but for this occasion I chose Tullamore Dew[^]. It was delicious last night, and 'twill be equally delightful tonight, I'm sure!
Dad wasn't a drinker, probably because his own father was a drunk and a criminal lawyer (in the worst meaning of the word) who abandoned the family when Dad was 3 years old. But all of my childhood I can remember seeing a ceramic jug of this delightful elixir in the cabinet. Dad took it down and had a glass each St. Paddy's Day, rest his soul... I'll carry on from here, Dad!

I find Guiness a bit heavy, but I don't mind Kilkenny because every time my son sees me open a can, he says "Oh my God, they Killed Kenny" At least he is predictable....

Actually, if we could have "smart tabbing" then I'd go for that. Tabs before any text in the line, spaces after.

This definition of "smart" could certainly be challenged by smarter definitions of "smart".
