I don't get it. What's the point?

I think the point is for some bloke to try and make a bit of cash out of Z List celebrities who are prepared to do almost anything for a little bit of money.
Some men are born mediocre, some men achieve mediocrity, and some men have mediocrity thrust upon them.

Oh. That simple; I suppose it usually is.

I can, he is the singer of my favourite band.

That's trivial. He's the guy in the previous thread

That's funny! Looking for suitable pool room music for friends the other night, I broke out 'Sonic Temple'. Nobody knew who it was.

There are more Youtube videos from when they play live or from TV shows etc that are better.
The band is really great, when "Black city" was released I thought it fantastic.

You're quite right, they are great. I also think that for example both Sparzanza and especially Takida are both bands I enjoy a lot.

A local group is going to have a car show this weekend, and among the categories of cars are a few that are female-specific (i.e., "Best Female Car").
When I saw that, I thought, "oh good - they're trying toget more women nvolved in the hobby".
And then I thought, "But are they implying that they think women can't compete at the same level as men in a car show?"
I would bet that the vast majority of car show participants nowadays don't do any of the work on their own cars, so IMHO, the owner of the car - or the owner's gender - shouldn't matter.
Maybe I'm just over-thinkin' it...

Would the "best female car" be like a white convertible with pink fluffy seats, something known as a hairdressers car here.
Makes sense to me to have this comp. seperate to the main event.

Hmm... younger girls in my area (I'm old... too old...) seem to like Mustangs and Camaros!
Last year graduation showed 5 girls with their "muscle" cars they got for graduation all lined up.
Guys around here seem to be going for either Honda Accords or pickup trucks but the girls are making headway in the pickup truck area. I was almost run off the road a few weeks back by two cow-girls in a gigantic dualie.
Maybe the entry was for the best car that looked like a female?

Yeah I agree I don't see a special category for women.
Have you ever just looked at someone and knew the wheel was turning but the hamster was dead?

You can lead a developer to CodeProject, but you can't make them think.

Car with the top off, perhaps?
Edit:
Car that's easiest to mount.
Car that purrs quietly.
Car that leaks the least.
Ok, I should stop now.

I did not know cars had gender. Although, I heard Ford's are for sissies.
