another good set - in at least 2 of Mike's I thought "no way would I be dumb enough to actually walk over that bridge"

Yeah some of them look pretty decrepit, and yet may have stood and been used for centuries, I would want to see if the locals use them

Yeah I sympathize, for years I traveled and took pictures but not great so about 5 years ago I bought a decent Nikon and learned how to use it and have had some amazing travels since then and some great shots to show for it.

I have always admired the works of professional and good amateur photographers. I have a colleague who aspires to being good, drives his family nuts when he wants to take a photo, the sheer time required to get it good is mind boggling. You can't just walk up and snappy (my level of skill and interest).
I once saw a giant banyan tree with it's roots exposed on the banks of the Mekong river, it would have made a stunning photo. we were on a boat going up the river, snappy was pathetic!

That is a shame, I hate missing a good shot. It's funny once you start shooting everything you look at you look at as though through a lens and you think what would be the best way to shoot it.

I think Murphy got into your web page:
Please back up you old database before installing this new version. I have made some monor alterations to the database but any time the database is modified there is always a chance that Murphy can sneak up on you.<

Yeah I noticed that and a few other typos the other day but I'm working on a version with some user requested features and will have to edit that page and others so figured I'd do it all at once.
Good eye though and thanks for the heads up!

Hi All,
I bought a new Lumia 520 few days back for my cousin . But i am facing a lot of problems with that phone. Just wanted to know anyone has the same problems .
The problems are ,
1. My signal strength is very low. I am using a top data provider in India( Aircel which is the no 1 in my location , Chennai , Tamil nadu). When i use my aircel sim in my Android phone signal strength is full and i am able to use high speed data in that.
2. When ever i am trying to connect to my store through my Lumia, its always says "Can't connect".
3. When i try installing the .xap files (for eg :- whatsapp.xap) its not allowing me to install . It shows There's a problem with this company app contact your company's support .
4. I have around 2000 songs in my 16 GB memory card , but nothing is showing in the music player .
5. Is there any good video player for WP 8.1 like MX Player for android?
6. It heats a lot soon.
I will update the remaining issues later.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks And Regards
Sibeesh

I have used 520 for a few months. Never had any trouble. Absolutely brilliant VFM phone. Must be a faulty set. Since it's a new phone, I would suggest taking it to the service centre.
Warm Regards,

I have solved Problem no 1 & 2 myself.
The issue was , i bought my SIM from a location called Trichy,Tamilnadu. But now i am in Chennai,Tamilnadu. The problem is even those cities are in same state , the providers treat it as roaming. So i wanted to enable the roam option in my network settings. After that i was able to use my high speed data.
Thank you.

Send it back to the store you bought it from and ask for a replacement.

About a month ago I was over a mates place, watching the footy and was well past three sheets to the wind.
I'm was told by my daughter I agreed to go on an open water fishing trip and handed over the AUD$160.00 on the spot.
Well I don't like fishing so have no elephanting idea what was going through my head.
So yesterday I was up at 03:00, on the road before 04:00 to pick up said mate and was at Terrigal just after 05:30. Turns out we didn't have to be there until 06:00 and kicked off about 06:30.
The mate couldn't find the Travelcalms for me before we left, though afterwards admitted they were in his bag but couldn't find then at the time.
So for the first hour and a bit we were only about 2km off the coast catching bait fish. The boat was jumping around all over the place and my guts were ironclad, all was good.
Then we head out further, the sea is calmer and I start throwing up so hard I'm pretty sure I had to poke my own a***hole back in with the end of one of the fishing rods.
So now some elephant comes out with a Travelcalm for me. Thanks for elephanting nothing.
So I spent the whole trip lying down and thankfully no more chundering. Think we got off the boat about 16:00.
I was told we were about 30km off shore at the furthest point. After getting off the boat I downed a large hot chips and three patato scallops with extra chicken salt. Nothing had tasted so good before and I still can't believe greasy sh*t is the best for crook guts.
Finally got home around 19:00 and in bed at 20:00. Up this morning and feel like I have run a marathon. If I had actually got around to the fishing and all the jigging required I probably wouldn't be able to type this post.
