That is cool. I didn't know either and it work in Windows 8.

Cool I never knew that either. Only works vertical, I guess that makes sense.

If you have dual monitors you get third party tools that allows you to middle click to move the window to your 2nd screen. It also allows you to drag a maximized window to another screen. Comes in quite handy sometimes. Here's the one I use: Click[^]

That was introduced in Weven; I'm sure it was mentioned here, which is why I knew about it.

Incidentally, regarding my comment in the older thread, I discovered that if you drag the border to the top without releasing it and then drag it back and release, dragging it again immediately (before clicking anywhere else) disables the function, so only the top of the window expands, and the bottom stays where it was.
[edit] A bit more testing reveals that if you drag to the top then hit Esc before releasing, it has the same effect, but is slightly easier to do.
If they had decent user guides, we wouldn't have to find this stuff for ourselves.

Wonder why that doesn't work horizontally, also ?>

Yesterday someone was asking about what would make an article get a vote of a 1.
Here it is:
asp.net mvc razor loops syntax[^]
It's only one sentence long and doesn't even contain a period at the end.
It's obviously a troll to get you to click his link at the top of the article.
How'd that get through?

It is categorised as a tip not an article....but it is poor, report it as extremely poor quality if you want, it will soon vanish then.
