There is nothing that current allows you to choose what format to generate the docs, plus I have very specific needs.
".45 ACP - because shooting twice is just silly" - JSOP, 2010
- You can never have too much ammo - unless you're swimming, or on fire. - JSOP, 2010
- When you pry the gun from my cold dead hands, be careful - the barrel will be very hot. - JSOP, 2013

SHFB lets you choose one or more formats to generate:
- HTML Help 1 (
.chm ) - MS Help Viewer (
.mshc ) - Open XML (
.docx ) - Website (HTML / ASP.NET)
- MS Help 2 (
.hxs , deprecated)
Without knowing what your special needs are, I can't guarantee that it would meet them, but I'd be inclined to give it a go before deciding to roll your own.

Well, I have something working. It uses a QR Reader app to scan the QR code, which is coded to take the user to a URL. The web page creates a file for every vote, and the file name contains the IP address of the voter. I'm hoping this works to uniquely ID each voter to mitigate multiple votes from the same person for the same car. If that works, I can use the IP to only allow the last three votes cast by a person as well. That will control how many cars a person can vote for.
I've already tested the basic QR Code reading/vote casting part, so all I have to do now is see if I can control how many votes are cast.

Sounds good.
I doubt that many people there would have the ability to spoof IP addresses while at an event, even if they were willing spend the time doing it (and miss out on stuff), so it should be enough for a clean fight.

So, whatever you may think of Trevor Noah, please be aware that not all South Africans are into bringing on the downfall of the US. Some are still fighting the good fight, like South Africans Against Dagga[1] and Satan[^].

When someone is against Satan, he is actually fighting for something that doesn't need you to fight it. Can you fight Satan? No you can't. You ignore Satanic offers and so on. As far as these drugs are concerned, I don't see any solid reason for you to take them... Is someone forcing you? If you take it, you take it because you take it, no reason behind it.
Instead of fighting Satan, if we should fight against Rape, Corruption, Religious hatred, Poverty... At least I believe, there would be a lot of good results of these causes. Satan? Humanity has been fighting (or maybe that's what it told me) Satan since it was born, and he is still alive. Maybe our weapons are not strong enough.

Hello all,
Soon I'll have to go to a customer's site and I know they'll give me one Wifi password to connect one device into their Internet capable network.
Usually I connect my laptop (so I can get y e-mails, Skype and check help from forums and from the online resources), but all the guys that will come with me won't have internet connection (electricians and mechanic engineers).
I've thought on using a software that would allow me to share my wifi internet connection using my latop as a hotspot for free.
CUSTOMER WIFI NETWORK <-> LAPTOP <-> somehow the laptop should be able to start a hosted network.
The idea here would be to use a program that would use the wifi connection on my latop to share it using the same wifi card and at the same time, giving internet connection to the same laptop.
Do you know of any free tool that would do this?
I've tried:
It seemed the hosted network could not get started...
Any hint? I would not mess the laptop wifi to the pont of render it useless...
As always thank you in advance!

No idea if you can do this but:
If I where in your position I'd connect my phone (nokia lumia 800).
It has this functionality built in.
K the connection speed might suffer a bit but...
Other than that I wouldn't directly know.

sorry about bad formatting

Not mine... as far as I know Samsung Galaxy S4 can't do that...
I don't want to share my 4G connection, I want to share the already hooked Wifi connection which is what is not possible...
|
|

Yes, it can share the 3G or 4G data connection, which is as easy as what can be seen in the youtube link you've attached, but I'm not interested on that, I want to share the WIFI signal:
your links suggest:
3/4G --> TETHERING ON > HOTSPOT ACTIVE < wifi clients ready to connect
what I want is:
AVAILABLE WIFI with only one possible user protected by code --> MY LAPTOP/PHONE CONNECTED TO IT > HOTSPOT ACTIVE < wifi clients ready to connect
It is different...
In my Galaxy S4 If I activate the hotspot the WIFI gets automatically disconnected as the network card is not capable to be working as client and as server at the same time...

Really?
Must admit I haven't tested it on my phone, the airplane mode trick was to force my phone to use the Wifi even if it had bad connection ( I was on vacation and the phone decides if the G3 signal is better than it goes with that, and that would have cost me a lot).
Well then I'm out of idea's sorry.

I also have no idea if this would work, but I do know that an ex-colleague of mine bought a Mobile Wi-Fi unit on a pay-as-you-go arrangement from a mobile phone supplier (in his case the red logo'd one beginning with V). He could connect up to 5 devices and several of us shared it on a similar set up to your requirements
|
|
|
|
|
Yep, that would work, but these aren't the sharing options I'm looking for[^]...
I want to share the same wifi I got access into... the problem I'll have is that the wifi network is well protected and is giving access only to one device at once.
