Two nagging thoughts:
What exactly it the author of code saying?
...this code is based on original work of.... it is free software and protected under Copyright, and if used for commercial purposes you need license.
So if I inherit from HIS (? original work of ...) class for no commercial gain I should be OK, right?

That sounds about right - but most licences include a "you must include this notice..." as well.
Be aware that some licences do mean that anything using the code must also be open source. So if you don;t want to give up your IP in the rest of it, read very carefully!

How do I send a private message to someone on CP?
If it's not broken, fix it until it is

Find a message they posted with an "Email" link.
That sends an email to the registered email address, but it can be turned off in your profile.
Do note that it doesn't give you their email, but it does give them yours.
Alternatively, mention them in a conversation via the "@" followed by their login name (see the profile page) and they will get told of your interest, and given your email anyway.

No, they have real coffee, and it is actually quite good. I have been going there for over 10 years now.
Edit: I don't drink the foo-foo drinks. Coffee black, nothing else - hot or cold.

These are some crazy times. And you guys thought Win10 was hard to accept. Now we have coffee shops serving macaroni and cheese? People will never be the same again.

It's an attempt to lure me as a customer. Yes, I'm probably the only person who has never been to one.

I don't think I've ever been in a Starbucks.
But then I don't roam the streets looking for overpriced coffee flavoured drinks.

I've never been in a brothel either but I know they sell sex acts for more than I can get them for elsewhere.

I make good money. I don't care if my coffee costs a little more. The very, very, very little "extra cost", doesn't impede my lifestyle or the ability to send my two children to college.
We either have a tremendous amount of overly frugal people on this site or they are all dirt poor.
