All forms are not obligatory. The idea is if you want to give more info you can, and this is more of a translation of the Swedish survey we made. For the life of me I had no idea that this would come of as it does, and I apologize for that.

You have made sure that your survey conforms to the EU data protection regulations, I assume?
"Under EU law, personal data can only be gathered legally under strict conditions, for a legitimate purpose." link[^]
In the UK we can only ask for personal data that we actually need, and it has to be stored securely with tight restrictions on how we handle it. We also have to explain clearly what we will use such data for at the point we collect it.
It might be worth reviewing your survey form to make sure that you're not going to get yourselves into trouble.
How do you know so much about swallows? Well, you have to know these things when you're a king, you know.

I removed one of the lines in my OP, the last one, because some people found it abusive, I guess.

Thanks for confirming that. I was about to add some feedbacks to the survey.

I could be wrong here, but I don't think so. The survey really wants your email address, so they can market you out, under the disguise of a "valid" survey. Whatever.

I wish you well in your efforts. It would be interesting to see some followup from you.

Well, seeing how I've pretty much have been deemed guilty of some sort of fishing scam, at least you wrote some pretty funny responses.

Sarcasm and mockery is a free part of the service provided here.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

I didn't submit it, but not due to the reasons already listed, but because there are too many free-text fields. Whilst these things might be good for you, at the end of the day you're expecting people to give up their free time to do this for no reward so it should be as easy to complete as possible. It might be hard to rephrase your questions as lists of multiple choice statements, but you should give it a go and you'd get more replies.

How did you get to where you are today?
That's easy. I must have done terrible things in a previous life.
The language is JavaScript. that of Mordor, which I will not utter here
This is Javascript. If you put big wheels and a racing stripe on a golf cart, it's still a f***ing golf cart.

"No, from Canada."

What do any of those questions have to do with development or project management??
That interview looks really phishy to me.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is

I would trust it more if I could verify that you are from said school; or if the survey had been hosted on your schools' website. Alternatively, you can copy/paste from here.
Working as a .NET developer is similar to working as a Delphi developer. The biggest difference is the language; they are not the same, just similar.
I do not think about the future of the .NET Framework; it is a widely-used platform, and enough people are invested in it to ensure that it will still be there tomorrow.

The game of Mastermind rules: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mastermind_(board_game)[^] (You probably played it as a kid).
Chris started it last week, and I think it adds a dimension to this.
Black - right letter, right location.
White - right letter, wrong location.
So if my word was "ZEBRAS" (it's not, BTW) and your guess was "BOLLOX" then you'd have "1 White" for the 'B' - right letter, wrong location. If you guessed "ZOFTIG" then you'd have "1 Black" for the 'Z'.
