So, long story short, trying to join BizSpark to make use of Azure and all of the other help they give (quite a lot). I have a website, email and satisfy all of their criteria yet keep getting turned down without explanation other than to check the requirements FAQ (as stated, I satisfy each of the requirements).
Anyone here got an in or contact with these guys that I could speak to/email or another way of getting BizSpark? They are ignoring other emails so am pretty frustrated - I can't make it right if they won't tell me what the problem is!
Thanks.

We had the same experience a few years ago, and never got an explanation of why we were rejected. We just ended up buying an Action Pack instead.

Microsoft outsources the vetting to another company. You should have received an email from this company with their contact info. I had to go a couple rounds to get things straightened out, but they responded to my emails in a timely manner. The key thing is to have your business paperwork appropriately filed with your state.
My business website was also developed using MVC, maybe that helped.
Good luck.

The email came directly from MS - nothing from anyone else.

It is open to pre-business start-ups: that shouldn't be an issue; at least, that is not mentioned on the site. Interesting - how would they know?

The site implies that you can use any framework, not just the bad ones.
Thanks for the info.

I had similar issues, I ended up having a couple email conversations after using the "contact us" button (or whatever it was.) Typical turnaround was a week to get a reply, and every time it was some niggling little thing, I eventually gave up.

I could not access my BizSpark account a few months ago. I filled out the web form and got a response email a week later. Send me a PM and I'll send you the email address. It was a real person so maybe he can point you in the right direction.

That's because he forgot to set the 'Allow private email replies to this message' checkbox.

There might be some hidden criterion that you didn't pass. Maybe they don't like your business idea or plan.
