Hagiophobia seems to be the closest-named phobia. It is the fear of saints or holy things.

I'm not sure wheter the Google/Leo Translation reflects all of the issues with their translatation of "Rechtsschutzversicherung" ==? "Legal expenses insurance".
What does a "Legal expenses insurance" really helps?
Assume, two parties have an incident, both are insured with the same insurance Company. How does a "insurance Company" now handle this ....?

Same way insurance companies try to handle every claim: by not paying out.

So finally it means something like:
const const const const cTheInsuranceConst= true;
if ((true == false) || cTheInsuranceConst)
{
// Do the best to save money
}

Well, afaik a "Rechtsschutzversicherung" pays for (some of) the expenses you have if there is some kind of legal issue and you need a lawyer. At least that's what we were told by our insurance guygal ...

Thank you. I Need to dive in more. I assumed that "Rechtsschutzversicherung" does handle the case for me....

Is there an 'Illegal expenses insurance'?
Meaning insurance towards kickbacks, bribes, 'commission', 'service charges' paid.
