I can drive 10.000 km for private use and as much as I need for business use.
Last year I didn't make 10.000 km with the two combined...
So I'm going for the best car (semi-)cheap money can buy and Peugeot was the winner
Other than that I agree though, in a few years I'll be posting about my new Mercedes/Jaguar/Maserati...

How do they know which is which? Do they track your movements?

In this cas (in germany) you would need to have vehicle log. Pretty nasty if you ask me.

They don't. It's all a matter of good trust and it goes well

Congrats on your new car.
Use your car once a week, and on the other four days, use ...
... your cycle. Isn't this the most popular mode of transport in Holland?

I actually do that when the weather allows it (I live 5 to 6 km from work)!
Well, some say bad weather doesn't exist, only bad clothes
It's been raining and storming for weeks now...
I don't trust the good days, so I end up taking the car 99% of the time.
Overall in the past year I think I've taken the bike more often than the car though (and I used to work 13 km from home, the company moved)

Once upon a time I owned a Peugeot 207.
My condoleances!

It's not THAT bad!
Anyway, I'd go for something German... If I had the money (or rather if a car was so important to me)

No seriously, ours was that bad.
The most unreliable car I've ever had.
You never knew if you would reach your destination.

Let's just hope they fixed those bugs in 208 then...

How could you give this importance to the 'Call' you got, that you chose it as the topic of this thread, when you got a brand new 'CAR' too, the same day
Congratulations for the car

I had owned a 308 from 2005 last year. Worst car ever, ended up in a ditch.. but that might have been because of user interaction and not the car.
Last winter I drove a Citroen, same model year. Tbh I was kinda impressed by the cars, especially the 308. Quite roomy, lots of bag space. The only thing with those cars that I can truly say I didn't like was the layout of accessories.
I don't want 2 extra sticks at my steering wheel to control cruise control and radio thank you. A few simple buttons is enough.
I could defiantly spring for these brands again. Renault on the other hand... Feels like plastics coated in extra shiny plastics to enhance that plastic feel that's so craved in cars...

My parents owned a Citroen once, I think it's been in the garage more often than all their other cars combined...
I'll lease this Peugeot for four years, so after that time I'll know how often it broke down and if I'll take another Peugeot again

Porsche originally wanted to call the 911 the 901 but couldn't because Peugeot have a trademark on three number cars with a "0" in the middle.
When you hand the car back, if the girl on the desk is cute you can use that interesting fact as a conversation starter....

I can't see in the future, but so far all cars have been picked up by guys.
I'm pretty sure this little golden nugget of knowledge will come in handy elsewhere in life though

This was sent to me this AM by @PompeyThree - but it was too good to miss out!

Decrease the belief in God, and you increase the numbers of those who wish to play at being God by being “society’s supervisors,” who deny the existence of divine standards, but are very serious about imposing their own standards on society.-Neal A. Maxwell
You must accept 1 of 2 basic premises: Either we are alone in the universe or we are not alone. Either way, the implications are staggering!-Wernher von Braun
