like Keltic. In dutch we use the K (de Kelten) and apart from a dubious American football team I always hear it pronounced with a K.

I pronounce it as Cheltic, since I'm Italian and "Ce" is always and invariably pronounced as "Che".
On the other hand in Italian "Che" is always pronounced "Ke"... languages, they always surprise me.

But Italian doesn't have the letter 'K' does it?

What's that got to do with anything? It doesn't mean that don't have words pronounced with a 'k'. Take a stroll down a street in Cagliari and you'll hear plenty.

Traditional Italian doesn't, it has only 21 letters (there aren't J K X Y W)... but we already have all the phonems for them. Two phonems we didn't have and got from exposure to English are "sh" and "th" - the latter still giving us problems, as we often turn "th" sounds in the harsh "d".

My neighbor needs to organize (and be able to locate afterwards) documents, images, misc. notes, emails, and so forth. Ideally, I'd like to suggest something to her that lets her tag documents, cross reference them, etc.
Any suggestions?

Makes it easy to backup all your sorted data as well. (With all OneNote files in one folder.)

Up-vote on OneNote.
Plus if you use OneDrive with it you get redundancy and can access your info from web, phone, etc.
Link or insert documents, can OCR images, searches on everything, tagging, integration to other Office apps... not sure what else you need. Killer app.

No, except for pictures (which are all over the place) I keep my notes in my "Intertexti"[^] app with links to folders / URL's that I need to reference.

Well, going to have to look at this tomorrow.
So why can't your neighbor use Intertexti?

TagSpaces - Your Hackable File Organizer[^] Looks interesting...
Decrease the belief in God, and you increase the numbers of those who wish to play at being God by being “society’s supervisors,” who deny the existence of divine standards, but are very serious about imposing their own standards on society.-Neal A. Maxwell

Hmm, as you say, looks interesting, but she doesn't always have an Internet connection.
[edit] Ahhh: TagSpaces is running completely offline on your computer, smartphone or tablet and does not require internet connection or online registration Nice. [/edit]

I just tried it. It renames the files with the tags you add. When I tried removing the tags, it deleted the files permanently. Thank goodness for backups. Pass and fail, depending on terminology.
