Your conclusive proof picture first appeared on disclose.tv a notorious conspiracy theory site a full 2 months after the events it purports to portray. There was no attempt then to authenticate the picture and there has certainly been none since. The picture has always been published in isolation with no before or after shots to provide context nor witness accounts to corroborate the charge it lays against the police. In other words it has no evidential value at all.

Of course not. It was too early. Better keep the old version till you know that the new one is ok. Besides, Windows 1.01[^] is a perfectly fine system. No need to upgrade!

Right-shift 42 bits. which could be evaluated.
I still don't get the point of the original post.

It could - in C++ - but not in C#, where an int64 isn't a bool.

Life is easy when you young but, but getting harder when you older.
Some statistics from Germany: 97,777% reaching this age => 2,223% dont (1 of 50)
The propabiity to not survive the next year is 0,15% (3 of 2000 wont make their next birthday)
Thats justness for the privilege for getting so old. (thats says my painful backbone. )
Press F1 for help or google it.
