So I'm down the chiropractor waiting for my son to finish up and thought I'd peruse the interwebs.
Pull out the old Nexus 7 and hook in to her WiFi.
Go to the website of a supplier of mine that is just around the corner from here. Almost all the links to other pages on the homepage don't work.
So screw that; I'm off to CodeProject. In the Lounge and I can't see the author of any of the posts.
Seems Chrome on Android is not liked.

Are you using Chrome or something else?
I'm pretty sure I've got 5.1.1 on my old Nexus 7.

Sadly, being a little bit late hasn't stopped any of these cases going ahead to date. Nor has being totally incredible prevented cases being won. The outrageous decision against Men At Work in 2010 proved that. Whatever the fate of this case it wil be another field day for the lawyers with legal costs stacking up to millions even in cases where the claims are for far smaller amounts. It's a sad business all round.

6 strings, 8 chords?
How can music NOT be like other music? OK, Page copied a lot of stuff (as in most of the first three albums), but this is stretching it a bit far.

Jeeze, there are only so many strings on a guitar, and only so many chord progressions that make sense with a given stanza.
This could lead to literally millions of lawsuits -- especially in genres like rap, rock'n'roll, and boy/girl band cr@p.
I'll bet lawyers all over the US will celebrate like crazy, if the plaintiff wins.

It's not a great explanation[^], but I'd love to see just about any other politician[1] try it on the fly like that.

Ben Carson Says He Has No Memory of Running for POTUS - The New Yorker[^]
DAFUQ?
Is this real? When did the New Yorker become The Onion?
//EDIT//
Nevermind, it's (now) obviously a satirical piece by Andy Borowitz. I shoulda known, but I didn't check the author. Grrr. By bad.

Yeah, I can't find anything about this on the internet or Fox News that doesn't lead back to "the new yorker" article. Silly democrats, jokes are for comedians that make fun of Turkish leaders.

Yah, just realized it's an Andy Borowitz article. Basically he's like an Onion writer for the New Yorker. Grrr.
