Shannon was the father of Information Theory, not technology, there's a huge difference.
As an Electrical Engineer I had to study his equations, and his theory was the cornerstone of modern thinking about information, close to E=MC2's impact in physics, and led to everything we're doing now!
His theory opened the door to satellite communications and any form of digital communication that occurs, giving us a full understand of the properties of the communication channel.
Good explanation here: Information theory - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia[^]

There is also an awesome book by James Gleick called "The Information". A recommended read for everyone involved in information sciences. Shannon plays a huge role in it, of course.

Yeah, I misspoke/typed.
I failed his subject three times at University
In theory there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice there is.

Well, what time zone is the current champion in?
It's now 06:00 here in Phoenix and I don't want to be up yet.
Try this for now:
textBox1.ForeColor = System.Drawing.Color.Gold ;
textBox1.Text = this.Darling.DisplayName ;

On second thought, let's make that: incontrovertible proof that human beings are more stupid than cats. On third thought, let's make that: Cats Masters think up new tricks for their amusing human slaves.
"Since the dawn of time, humans have been confounded by cats, those mystifyingly aloof creatures whose inner thoughts are famously inscrutable. But no longer! Temptations Cat Treats has invented a cat collar that lets your feline speak in a human voice—so you can finally understand (though probably not) exactly what she is trying to tell you.
The Temptations Catterbox, created by London ad agency adam&eveDDB, contains a microphone, speaker, Bluetooth technology and wifi. It captures the cat's meows and translates them into human speech—words that may or may not actually be what they're trying to say:" [^]

"created by London ad agency adam&eveDDB"
That says all that needs be said. It's probably just a soundbox that reacts to sounds picked up by the mic (which is muffled by the cat's fur, so can easily filter out outside noises), and plays a random wav file.
When it pipes up "We'll be friends till the end", it's time to get a new collar.

Is it only in the computer I'm or the sound just before logging in is the same than windows 7?

What, Fred Flintstone yelling "YABBA-DABBA-DOO!"?
That's the noise my Win 7 machine makes.

It's identical on mine: I press the power button and it goes "beep" and then loads Windows.

OK, this stuck in my head, because I really couldn't remember the Win 7 start-up sound, and I couldn't remember even hearing a Win 10 start-up sound.
So I googled it (with a search engine other than google)[^]
It turns out that the Win 7 start-up sound is the same as that of lots of Win versions, but not Win 10, which doesn't even have a start-up sound.
Did you upgrade, rather than do a clean install? That would explain it

One of my old fridges was killed by a mouse.
Granted, that's not on the same scale (it cost somewhat less than 4 milliard to replace), but what's interesting about it is that when I mentioned it to the insurance company, they refused to pay up. I should have kept my mouth shut and just taken the cheque.
Check your contents insurance for coverage for damage by animals, and if something is damaged by an animal, don't tell anyone.
