It's obviously the short movie Bad Grammar Breakup[^]!
From IMDB: Breaking up are hard two do.

Sounds like a Kelly Bundy or Homer Simpson quote.

This question [^]got me thinking that this type of program was done and dusted in the 90's, some sort of asset management software. Then I thought why do I get an audit of my machine every 6 months, does the app not work?
Aren't there are systems that wipe unauthorised apps installed on a client machine or is that just reimaging the box to the standard. I seem to recall JSOP bitching about them cleaning out his machine regularly.
Never underestimate the power of human stupidity

Microsoft's own System Center Configuration Manager might be well-suited to do this, but totally overkill.
However you approach it, the problem is defining and maintaining the software catalog.

What a story!!! A team made up of rejects from other teams, their top scorer was playing in non-league just 4 seasons ago. The only downside is that next season Gary Lineker will present the first MOTD in his pants.

A team so unknown that nobody can spell its name, in fact!
Totteringham demonstrated what good losers they are by kicking bits out of Chelsea players for the last ten minutes tonight. How they still had eleven men on the pitch and only 4 yellow cards at the final whistle I cannot fathom! Just need them to do a proper Spurs and finish behind Arsenal again now!

English spelling and pronunciation are beyond any kind of logic.

Indeed. They're a proof that money isn't everything. Especially for European leagues.
Kudos!

What Orwell failed to predict is that we would buy the cameras ourselves...then worry that no-one was watching.

While at the same time using the camera to post pictures (clothed or not) of ourselves on all sorts of media. But oh no, we throw our arms up in anger when someone tells us the gov't is watching! Hah, as if they actually cared.
Of course, the series Person of Interest paints a very interesting use case.

Curious you talk about it, I found some very interesting insights in this series : it is overall a typical US series on many aspects, especially the exaggeration, but they sometimes had really good points. I am rerererereading the robots from Asimov, and I find similarities in some of the questioning - for instance about how much human beings an AI could reasonably sacrifice for the well being of the rest of the existing or future population.
