I've used PayPal (only to pay, never to get paid) for over 10 years and I've never had a problem.
You'll find good experiences and bad experiences about every alternative we could possibly mention.
PayPal is one of the biggest (if not THE biggest), so yeah, most (bad) experiences will be about them.
Add to that that people always mention when something goes bad, but rarely mention when something goes as it should, and you might get a wrong picture about PayPal.
Anyway, I've just Googled for "paypal alternatives" and the only one I've heard of (from the top 3 site) is Google Wallet, but I've never actually seen it anywhere.
I'd just try PayPal for a while

A question on CP about a payment provider that isn't "How to integrate with <insert provider>. Please send me codes, it's urgent". I'm confused....

|

|

Please sooth your furrowed brow before your head asplodes with incredulity at my apparent cavalier attitude in asking a question that doesn't require urgent codez in the response.
That comes later...

At 5.9% + $.75 per order, I'll bet they're dead chuffed with you, too.
I wanna be a eunuchs developer! Pass me a bread knife!

You're right. I should probably switch to PayPal, being that I already have a merchant account.

So I demand my workplace allow me to flood my cubicle with water to be in my natural habitat. Do not be intolerant or otherkinphobic

It seems your natural habitat has a dresscode: straitjacket...

I would need a straight jacket with 4 little arms then. But it wouldn't matter when I bit down and started rolling.

I would have thought they would need to build a bridge over your cubicle to make it more akin to your natural habitat.

You better watch as there are some alligator hunters around here and they will be wanting to stick that little red flag in you.
Other than that, I haven't got a clue what you are on about!

Hint: toilets in the US and the ability to use the one marked with the symbol one most identifies with.

I'll step in today, but mine's not very good
she.IsALady = true ;
she.IsALady = true ;
she.IsALady = true ;

|

|

Do you mean
she.HasStyle = true;
she.HasGrace = true;
she.IsWinner = true;
she.IsLady = true;
Stop(horsie);
Stop(horsie);
Stop(horsie);
she.IsLady = true; If so, then I'm not admitting to knowing any Tom Jones lyrics!
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

Nope, but that's good too. A few years after that it seems, same decade.

That's not unusual.

Gender is now an enum not a bool

Yes, but that has nothing to do with this. Her gender and sexuality have nothing to do with whether or not she's a lady, nor indeed how many times she may or may not be one.

The pinout on my RJ45 network jack has nothing to do with what kind of port it is. I can shove a USB into it if I identify it as a USB port

Just remember, that whatever you come up with will probably still be better than anything I do.
