I can say with a high degree of probability that this man, his family, and his neighbors, will interpret this as a supernatural "sign," and that local Monks and "ghost doctors" (mor phii) will be consulted, offerings will be made, and some form of ritual (Buddhist and/or animist) may be carried out.
cheers, Bill

Some snakes are cannibals.
The story would have been funnier if it was an anaconda.

I think it is quite appropriate that this story comes to us from Bangkok.

I began two years ago ; now using a KangerTech device of which I'm quite satisfied.
I currently got a multi-fruit flavour at 1.6mg.
You always obtain more by being rather polite and armed than polite only.

If you don't mind my asking you, you are referring to a device you use to inhale something ... right ? But, what does the 1.6mg. refer to ?

Yes exactly, as OG said, 1.6mg is the amount of nicotine in 0.1 ml of e-liquid.
It is actually labellised 16mg/ml, but could be also seen as 1.6%.
Excipient is pure vegetal glycerin, but most of liquid providers use propylene-glycol instead, or a mix of both. Vegetal glycerin produces slightly more vapor than propylene-glycol.

I think there's a copy of "Turning Japanese" in the spare room vinyl collection.
Haven't got a deck to play it on though.

It's apparently safer than smoking and I was already addicted to that.
Wouldn't recommend you start unless already addicted to smoking.

It's still full of nasties: Propylene Glycol (used as an industrial refrigerant) because it absorbs moisture and dries your throat out - they call this "throat hit".
I suspect that in ten years or so, there will be horror stories about vaping as well...
(And I'm really surprised nobody's thought of replacing the nicotine, flavourings, and PG with cocaine, or THC...yet)

Two bicycles are travelling in a straight line towards each other starting from 100 miles apart (assume front wheel to front wheel). The slow bike is travelling at 10 mph and the fast bike is travelling at 15 mph. A mosquito travels from the front wheel of the slower bike to the faster bike in a straight line at 20 mph and once he reaches the bike, without slowing, does a reversal back to the other bike continuing to go back and forth. How far will the mosquito travel?
I was trying to solve this the hard way when I realized the easy way. I still need to solve this the hard way.
