EDIT: look at the user's profile and where does the homepage link. Definetely a spammer. Cleverer than the average spammers, but that's not much anyway.

Very clever. We are the ones ending up doing somebody's homework and usually have progressed beyond having to do homework ourselves. Not much to earn here.

This is Javascript. If you put big wheels and a racing stripe on a golf cart, it's still a f***ing golf cart.

I had answered this questions a moment ago. It is more than obvious that the askers has NOT used some search machine.
I think we need a mandatory check box for that before anyone can submit a question.

A "are you a robot?" check would work nice.
Or make the post button open a tab with the question searched on google.

Oh yes of course such a checkbox is really essential.
But also one before one can post an answer:

Well, I think it's best to always offer the user more than one option. So, for those who refuse to use the CheckBox, perhaps for religious reasons, how about:
1. If your moral code, religion, or principles, forbid you using a CheckBox, please post a link to a "selfie" picture of yourself (who else ?), posed in the same stance and posture that CodeProject's Bob has.
... or ...
2. If you are blind, or object to photographs, please post a link to an audio recording of yourself singing a song you think Bob would enjoy.
... or ...
3. If you are mute, or object to conditions one and two, then please delete your account on CodeProject, and, then, re-register, and check the CheckBox that states you claim Conscientious Objecter status.

One could just put a "Never mind, delete my question" already checked. If they actually read the instructions they will un-check the box thereby proving they can read and comprehend.
Then again...

Movie Quote Of The Day
I would like to scan all of you in this room, one at a time. I must remind you that the scanning experience is usually a painful one... sometimes resulting in nosebleeds, earaches, stomach cramps, nausea. Sometimes other symptoms of a similar nature. There is a doctor present.
Which movie?

Whenever I want to "borrow" something online, I try to get a torrent file, but sometimes the site has as well, or perhaps only has, a magnet link. They both seem to work with my client qBitTorrent, although the magnet link type doe not seem to have any info associate with it, leading me to believe that it could be a honeypot of malicious intent.
