Can the huge pile of junk in my garage be called stack corruption?

I thought stack corruption was a term for people posting demonic messages on SO.

Use standard GC

Not until the pile has collapsed.

I'd consider it more along the lines of heap mismanagement.

Found something new today. I went for WINDOWS+E to open a new Explorer window, but missed and got WINDOWS+W - which opens something called the "Windows Ink Workspace". Didn't want it, so it got rid of it and did what I planned to.
Then I thought "what was that exactly?" and tried again. Sure enough WINDOWS+W brings up Windows Ink - a collection of little pen-friendly apps. Now, I have a Wacom graphics tablet so I gave it a try, and some of them could actually be useful. So ... I make a mental note, and carry on with other things.
Now I want to sketch something, so I figured the Ink app would be worth a try. WINDOWS+W...nothing. Again. Nothing. Right click the task bar, "show Windows Ink workspace button", click the button. Nothing.
OK Microsoft, so it's only available when I don't want to use it? Hmmmm.
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

Don't you miss Clippy? He was available all the time whether you wanted him or not...

Indeed.
I wasn't planning on being that thorough though...

I think we all had such experiences:

Yeah - it's not just me either: Windows Ink WorkSpace Not Launching - Microsoft Community[^] - and closing the "Windows Shell Experience Host" process in TM lets it re-open. Win 10, don't you just love the way they tested it?

They are still testing.
Why hire testers when there are millions of unpaid ones?
Never noticed that "Windows Shell Experience Host" process. Maybe because my default TM sorting is for disk activity which is the bottle neck when not having an SSD.

Even with a SSD. They help a lot but aren't those Thor's thunder marketing wants us to believe. I have a fairly fast one and while it reduces a lot the loading times of my games it's not so fast as to not be a bottleneck.
Doing a huge transfer of data between disks I had the rotative one writing at 75 MB/s while the SSD at 100 MB/s. Definetely faster but still comparable.

There's a Harry Potter plot in there... The philosophers stone only comes to those who do not want it (which is why he who must be named can never get it).
Or something like that.

In the last year or so I’ve been learning R programming while working with the statisticians in my work team. I always felt at ill ease around them, I couldn’t put my finger on it. Then I realized it’s because they’re always plotting something…
It was broke, so I fixed it.
