Came across an interesting article in IEEE Spectrum "AI Prompt Engineering is Dead".
It was only very recently that the job title of AI Prompt Engineer was even talked about.
Of course, it is applying AI to the job of enhancing the prompt that will eliminate the human from the loop.
I was used to idea of prompt engineering from trying to get search engines to return what I was looking for. Often I would throw various keywords into the search prompt to narrow down the results. Sometimes the search prompt only consisted of a list of words that made no logical sense but did return what I was looking for in the first page or so of results.
The article referred a tool called NeuroPrompts that generates prompts for Stable Diffusion XL.
(you should read the article to see how the reinforcement learning loops were used to optimize the image producing prompts). What was interesting was the one example given below:
Original Prompt: "a spotted frog on a bicycle"
Optimized prompt:"a spotted frog on a bicycle, intricate, elegant, highly detailed, digital painting, artstation, concept art, smooth, sharp focus, illustration, art by artgerm and greg rutkowski and alphonse mucha and william-adolphe bouguereau and beau and stunning and rivol pairing, and stained glass detailed and intricate and elegant and splendid, generous, creamy."

I am working on a project, and I need a HEIC/HEIF photo file to test my code against. According to the documentation, these files can contain multiple images, but the only ones I can find, or generate with my phone camera, have only 1 image in them. If I do a photo burst with my phone camera I end up with JPEG files. If I am reading the docs correctly, every frame(image) in the file should have it's own thumbnail image, but I can not test that if I can not find or generate a proper file to test it with.
I would like to get a multi-photo HEIC file to that I can test my code against. Does anyone have a link to such a file that I can download? Google is only giving me single image files.

Thanks, but I have already looked at those. They have only one image each, I have lots of those. I am looking for multiple image files, like gif, tiff, or ico files that contain more than one image in a single file. Maybe there are none out there, even though the standard allows for it.

IrfanView, if I remember correctly, allows for the creation of multiple image .tiffs.
I certainly used a tool to create those for the same reason a decade ago and I'm 80% positive I used IrfanView for that. Sadly I no longer have the generated files (property of the company I used to work for).
EDIT: if not IrfanView try GIMP, maybe one of the less dumbed down versions (2.0something?) or ImageJ. ImageJ is so low level it should easily do anything.

One small feedback, if okay for you.
A short introduction about Dymo would set the context for a reader to read further, or skip the article. This is a world audience, and i had never heard of Dymo. So I had to look it up on Google.
An article should be self contained as far as possible. A little repetition of what's available elsewhere is okay (as long as it not just copy paste, but in your own words, as you understood); such a repetition can always be justified as a reiteration.
An important presentation skill is to 'hook' the reader in the beginning, and that's what I meant by the short introduction, setting the context aspect.
I suggest you incorporate a short introduction, conclusion, and also reword the article to increase readability, and resubmit. The likelihood of rejection will reduce.
To add : Writing workable, testable code is indeed hard, but presenting it succinctly to a larger audience is even harder.
Further addendum : Need to include a short motivation and problem statement, and solution strategy.
