You cannae change the laws of physics, that's all. So treat yourself with some respect and get proper training before you go marauding through the countryside with such a toy.

In this case it wasn't even being driven through the country but on the M1. How this could have happened at legal motorway speeds is beyond belief.

That engine has a terrific torque and acceleration. Losing control is made extremely easy.

I see what you mean it would have been impossible to get to 70mph on the M1 during the day.

While it's a myth that we don't have any speed limits at all, we do have long stretches where there is only a recommended speed of 130 km/h, but no limit. Strangely enougfh it's only the foreigners who can't live with that. Some go crazy and drive like there's no tomorrow, others (not looking at anyone who wears wooden shoes and usually drags a tulip and cheese container behind the car) crawl around as they are used to and hold everything up.

Actually, it's just pumping a bit faster due to laughing so much.
Guess his premiums are going up a bit.

Insurance group: 50.
My car is group 16, and I paid £227.70 this year, so how much he paid before this I don't even want to speculate.

The common insurance comparison sites wouldn't even quote for a £260,000 car, I know I tried, just for research purposes. .com meerkat etc
I would imagine it would have to be a specialist insurance company.

Didn't Clarkson try to insure a Bugatti Veyron while driving one across France and find the same thing?

Of course, none of us Hamilton fans would hope that the same thing happens to Vettel's Ferrari on Sunday...

I've gone "off road" a couple of times, and none of my cars ever burst into flames.
I'm wondering about the exact sequence of events...

or
B) vroooom -> fwoof! -> AAAaaauuuggghhh -> bumpty-bump-bump

Pity no one around had a dashcam - it'd have gone viral on YouTube.

Yeah, or nay? If so, which one and why? (Yes, I could just do a search here, but that would be late week's opinions)

Yay. I got Keepass KeePass Password Safe[^] as recommended in a post in the Lounge some time ago. Very easy to use across Windows and Ubuntu (with mono) and keeps improving. I manually sync database using FreeFileSync. I don't worry about other devices but: How to Use KeePass In Your Browser, Across Your Computers, and On Your Phone[^]

Yey, to LastPass. Simple enough to use, with cross platform support.
Occasionally OTT with some of the security requirements, and not sure it really gets having multiple concurrent devices in use but otherwise really like.

Nay to Last Pass, since this...
