What is a travel mug? Must be one of this American things.

When we visit my wife's mother, that is a 14 to 15 hour drive.
So, we bring insulated cups with lids in the vehicle with us.
When we stop to get fuel for the vehicle and ourselves, refill the cup.

Whenever I leave it in the kitchen sink it appears to be magically cleaned. Every time I do this it is nice and clean the following morning. I don't know if this is a special feature, perhaps of the sink - it seems to work also with various pieces of crockery such as coffee mugs that I leave there so I think it is probably a sink feature.
I mentioned this once to my wife who just gave me a very peculiar look and then stomped off for some reason!

You're lucky the three letter word she stomped was "off."

The HOT coffee I add to it doesn't clean it...
I think I know why it holds 1/3rd less than it is rated for!

Clean? Clean?
What is this thing "clean" you speak of? This is foreign to me.

Tried this out, whatever they're using for the UI engine made my main desktop (second monitor) completely unresponsive -- anything dragged onto that monitor had black for its content, etc.
Uninstalled!
Between that and Acronis with it's utterly crap UI (I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to tell it, no, stupid, the backup disk is no longer on E:, it's now on H: and its stupid icons that you can't even mouse over to get some indication of what they mean ) all I want is a simple piece of software, with a STANDARD UI LOOK & FEEL not something made for a grandma with cataracts.
[edit]I think I'm just going to copy the files and folders my 2 SSD's onto the backup drive. Seems the simplest thing to do.[/edit]

I haven't had that at all - what graphics card are you using, and how up-to-date are the drivers?
Have you told them about the problem?
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

Intel HD Graphics 4600 (built into the motherboard), driver date is 9/28/2016.

I might, but I dislike the grandma UI enough to find something else.

How amusing. dxdiag says my driver version is 20.19.15.4531, and the download page from Intel has the latest version at 15.40.36.4703 (Latest), 6/23/2017. What, do they count down their version numbers?

Well, there's your problem - when will you time travellers learn about using once-and-future drivers?

I was scrambling to find disk imaging software night before last to clone my wife's drive (from new laptop) onto her old 120GB SSD.
I forgot that she had the old Kingston Xtreme SSD -- not the Samsung that comes with cloning software.
I stumbled upon the Marcrium site and got it working in mere minutes. I was very happy.
EDIT
When I was originally researching and googled, I first got led to Acronis for the Kingston drive but my older SSD (serial number) wasn't supported for a free version.

One tip regarding Macrium's Reflect: Make separate bootable recovery media for each machine where you intend to use it. This way you ensure all critical drivers for that machine are included in the bootable recovery software.
Get me coffee and no one gets hurt!
