that CMOS is partially analog. My idea is completely digital. For a binary system, 24 transistors would be the lowest you could go due to entropy.

a CMOS adder would be partially analog. I'm not doing analog, I'm doing just normal binary. The lowest amount of transistors you could have in a dozenal system is 24 transistors, because of entropy.

I meant your moderators. It's funny. I posted it in "tips" and guess what? A moderator says "This doesn't belong here it belongs it tips". He makes that comment on my pending post that WAS just posted in tips. There you go. I'm not feeling too welcome here and well, that's about it. Most people here know nothing of programming and your moderators are mainly AI bots.
Sooner or later there will be a gigantic purge of these bots internet-wide who condescend and gaslight every user they come in contact with.

Your defensive reply suggests you have no idea what a wonderful community and resource CodeProject is.
The moderators here, and the people who respond on the forums, are not bots ! They are almost all volunteers.
Everyone here strives to promote community, and to assist and enable quality technical content to flourish on this site.
You posted a strange, but interesting, idea in an inappropriate social forum; you linked to code in a batch-file format that is probably obscure to many programmers here.
I think you got a very warm welcome.
There's a Forum for article writing: [^] ... why not ask about your Tip there.
You have a choice: you can slink away feeling you are unjustly treated, or, you can spend a small amount of time learning what this site is, and how to use it.

It's true: One in nine Americans think that HTML is a disease. Not just any disease: A STD.
Americans Think HTML Is An STD According to New Study | Time[^]
Also:
23% thought an “MP3” was a “Star Wars” robot.
18% identified “Blu-ray” as a marine animal.
15% said they believed “software” is comfortable clothing.
12% said “USB” is the acronym for a European country.

They're not so very wrong, given the amount of JavaScript-libraries that are usually referenced.

Yes, the number of libraries I have seen needed by someone else to get a web page running is becoming ridiculous.
The most recent addition I have seen is the necessity to have a javascript library to help render the pages more quickly.
It makes me think of the equivalent in prescribing medicine where a number of drugs are prescribed purely to counter side effects of the original drug, some of the drugs being used purely to counteract other drugs that are being used to counteract side effects of other drugs.
Years back, using third party libraries was considered a big risk due to security concerns - given the abandon with which libraries are used nowadays I wonder who is asserting the security of these libraries.

Isn't that effectively saying, "One in nine Americans is pretty dumb"?
|

I wouldn't use the word "dumb". Clueless maybe.

I'd say one in nine anywhere is pretty dumb.

Only one in 9? I would have thought it was higher.

That's actually not that far off the truth.

And how many could listen to oa conversation between say 2 doctors, or 2 structural engineers and understand all of their acronyms? Could you? Do you know every acronym used by banks in their dealing room?
You're an IT person, of course you know what those terms are. Way less than 1 in 9 Americans are IT people so they are actually doing quite well if only 1 in 9 get it wrong.
Sigh, I guess it's not fake news, no it's worse, it's even more pointless.
