Well, Julie Lerman is pretty much the definitive author on EF, but her books haven't been updated for 6.x and above. Though, they are still an excellent place to start.

She also has a new course on EntityFramework Core 2.0 on Pluralsight.
The docs on http://docs.microsoft.com/ef are pretty good as well.
