Did you ever have a mob with torches and pitchforks at your door?

Visual Studio 2017 crashed while I was attempting to run the template UWP app in a Xamarin cross-platform app. That was about an hour ago.
I just now found this window popped up behind other windows:

Feedback Hub?
I've never heard of this before. I googled it and yes it says that Win10 has this built-in.
But, look, I am signed into Windows but the Feedback Hub says I'm not signed in and I have to do that.
This seems really odd.
EDIT
But, wait, there's more. Who can guess what that solid round dot is over at the bottom left there is?

SPOILER: It pops up the login box, of course!!
Also, there is nothing even remotely related to the VStudio crash attached to this report.
Half-baked software.

maybe u should report it to the visual studio program manager.

In case that wasn't confusing enough, there's a "Send feedback" icon in Visual Studio itself (top-right corner, next to the search box).
Which takes you to a totally different site to submit Visual Studio feedback.
With a different login.

Right, a very good point because I’ve used that VStudio feedback channel. It’s so crazy and mixed up.

Now imagine if you were using a Windows Insiders build, where everything is in a constant pre-alpha state.
This is why they built this feedback hub app. Why it would ever come up on its own in an RTM build, I don't know.

That is wild. Everyone is complaining that it is impractical because it has no clearance.
Whatevs!! Haters be hatin'. Someone made something that is quite interesting. I wish we knew more about it.

I must be getting old. All I see is something with no leg-room, and a roof so low it would kill my back just by sitting in it.
