I find the VS icon very similar to this: Zware jongen[^]
That really pisses me off

I know, there's a song about it: "The Boogie Woogie Beagle Boy from company B"

Interestingly, their boss was (until a slurry of PC-think took over) called "Black Pete".
How was that translated into Dutch? "Zwarte Piet" != a bad guy.

That US TV and movies reflect the reality that 87.6% of people in the world are gay?
Am I the only one who's sick of it?

Whenever I hang out with friends we make sure there's at least one non-straight and non-white person (not necessarily the same person) in our group so our reality can reflect that from TV.
As a result we never hang out anymore and I don't have any friends

The trouble is that I know hundreds of devs, so I'm wondering which 87.59% of them is in the closet.

They are trying like the dickens to desensitize us.
Aside from sports (not soccer btw) My tv is off until the ball is actually in play largely for that reason.
Someone tell me, what is the connection between dog shows and full on ferries?

Which is a bit weak this season IMHO.
At least they are apparently dumping "conversation street" and the tent for Season 4, to concentrate on the bits they do well - going from A to B in silly ways / vehicles / hats.

Don't have a TV is not equivalent to don't watch TV. The question is, does he stream?

Likewise I don't get why anyone needs a tv nowadays.

I share the extreme annoyance that the LBGTQXYZASS culture is being forced down our throats on virtually every type of media.
HOWEVER - I first observed this in British TV, such as the Dr Who spinoff, Torchwood, where the made the primary character uber-gay. Prior to that, and since then, I find that (apparently) most British couples are mixed race. The US is doing this "Me Too" movement of the second kind. Stupid shows, the ubiquitous talent contests, all have to have a somewhat flaming judge or two or three. Anyone recall, as well, "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" - as though gaudy dress-up (read that "metrosexual") is an example of good taste . . . depends upon who you're trying to attract, doesn't it? The repeated attempts at getting men to use makeup (not just money) - and shaved chests. Here's one - a real favorite of mine: runway models were flat-chested and emaciated - I guess the big name designers waned them to look a lot like like young boys . . .
Now - I don't really care who hugs who - everyone needs affection. Furthermore, if I had my druthers, if legal, I'd have a number of mates, of assorted races, as keepers - not just one-nighters. But none of this - absolutely none of this - needs to be shoved down our throats (pun intended) until, like the OP, one starts to resent it.
