If you enjoy collecting great statements from kids:
I didn't write down the exact date; my daughter was somewhere between two and three years old. Usually the fluorescent light in the bathroom is on 24/7, but for some reason, it was turned of, so I had to switch it on when we went in for her evening bath. The light flashed a few times, as fluorescent lights do, and my daughter exclaimed:
"Wow! The light shook on!"
Isn't that a great way of describing how fluorescent light turn on?

My about-to-be sister-in-law, when she was 8, posed the following question once when she was told she wasn't allowed to do something:
"Why not? It's a semi-free country!"

What would you think a proper reaction when my daughter, age something like eight or nine, admitted:
"You're no real man, dad, but you're so cute!

Let me contribute another, presented to me buy a co-worker. (He was impressed when I gave him a full answer after five minutes of pondering, indicating that some people find this difficult - but it isn't really!)
Some prime numbers appear in pairs, differing in value by two - they are sometimes referred to a "twin primes", such as 17 and 19, or 41 and 43.
The number between a twin prime pair, such as 18 or 42, is divisible by six, and will always be. Explain why.

Obviously - so obvious that I didn't care to mention it.
So your reply is not considered a complete answer to the problem.

Hi guys - I am using a class library which is built into a dll added into a third party application. This application is moving over to a web based solution, and I would like to know how to convert to run on this new platform. I am guess asp .net core will cover it, but any idea what I should build the app as.?

I see this as more of a technical discussion rather than a specific question. But then again, I rarely fit in around here anyway.
