First of all, I am not alone with the kids, so it is not exactly the same, but anyways...
Many things I would have said were already said, so I'll try to not repeat them.
The most difficult part for me is to not take it personally when they explore limits. I know they are not being evil, but I know for sure too that they are doing things on purpose. It is their job, to see how far they can tense a string before it breaks.
So... be patient, be reeeeeeaaaallllyyyyy patient.
If you are not, learn how to be it. I am still on it, but I notice that the improvements pay off.
Another thing I think it is very important is to be loyal to your principles and be consequent in your decissions. If today is a "no", that should stay a "no" until thee situation changes, and when it happens, then explain why the change of situation has brought a change of opinion.
Give reasons for what you do or decide, they learn to argue pretty fast and the sooner you involve them in the reasoning process, the better.
Let them explore and give them certain autonomy (being alone, you won't have any other choice), but within the limits you set.
By the way... Yes they are kids, but NO, they are not dumb.
Avoid baby speech and things like that. Talk with them adapted to a kid, but talk properly, call the things by its correct name (there will be still enough "wuf wuf" or "miaow" in the process).

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?

Build a time machine. Talk yourself out of the whole thing.
I started with step 2 when I was still a kid myself, so didn't have to come up with step 1.

I have no idea what to add to this thread (maybe because I don't give much of a damn about cars so long as they work when I need to go). Possibly they end up with a 8 litter engine or something like that.
Rather poor - maybe I should just scratch this post and call it even.

It's probably a "corporate identity" thing. I don't use it, so it doesn't bother me in the slightest.

To be honest, not the first lockdown and not this we should face have not much effect on me...
If I can commute I do, otherwise working from home...
But! There are a few - or even more than a few - who lost their job (including my big brother, who was on unpaid leave for a few months)... As I understand this time there will be no restrictions on the workforce, except if the nature of the work implies crowd (like sport, theater, hotels, restaurants and such)...
At my office we keep distance in an average day, so not much changed there... Probably part of the colleges will work form home, to keep an eye on the kids, but as my wife works from home most of the time anyways, no problem there either...
The only problem that we are under extreme pressure to enable full online learning - including exams... A lot of work...
(because of the holiday season I have only 7 days of work left until the end of the 3 weeks lockdown planned)

Well...
- As a result of the behavior of many of the ministers and other bigwigs during the last lockdown and since, the Government has very low credibility.
- Israel is an extremely diverse country. We have a serious problem of disobedience to the Coronavirus regulations among certain groups.
- We have a Prime Minister who is under trial for bribery, fraud and breach of trust, refuses to resign, at least one minister under suspicion of the same, and weekly protests calling on the Government to resign.
- We have very high unemployment, businesses have closed, etc. The tourism, entertainment, and retail businesses have been worst hit, but everyone has been affected to some extent.
In short, the actual Coronavirus is the least of our problems.

Total guess, and I know it's wrong ... but it's the only gourd I can think of with eight letters ...
