I am trying my best to find a way to become offended by all that but failing. Perhaps you should start with the cubit. We tried to convert to the metric system some time back but failed, starting with the standard 19" rack.
If you can keep your head while those about you are losing theirs, perhaps you don't understand the situation.

That metribigotry - you disappoint me.
Think, for a moment, about those who read languages such as Chinese. It actually stimulates the brain functions.
So it is with us in the US: we've resisted your comparatively-no-brainer system for one that stimulates our intellect and maintains a romance long missing from the dry solemn environment of Europe, and, at the same time, not only maintains more easily divisible subunits (without going to fractions in day-to-day usage) but even, as I've pointed out several times, maintains a base-two relationship as one progress upwards from the ounce.
Bah! So far as I'm concerned, you've only done half a BREXIT.

Everything I've ever seen about Google searches says the same thing: Google ignores punctuation completely, except for quotes, colon, plus, and minus - and they have special meaning and can't be escaped. And I think that Bong does the same, which makes sense when you think about it.
Unless one of the other engines (the ones that actually search for themselves, that is) does, you aren't going to find it easy.
Have you considered going back to your last supplier?, or checking FleaBay?

You'll find them in the "Serial Killer Equipment" section of Amazon (US only).

Erik Satie - Gymnopédie No. 1[^]
This week I was just listening to some Satie and his gymnopédies and gnossienes are just really nice.
Very relaxed and perhaps a bit nostalgic as my dad used to play them on the piano (over and over and over for about 30 years until he retired and took up piano lessons again).
So I just wondered what the words gymnopedie and gnossiene meant...
Gymnopedie, apparently, comes from the Greek words for "naked" and "youth" and in ancient Sparta there was The Gymnopaedia which was a celebration where youths would dance naked war dances.
If Satie wrote this piece naked when he was young I don't know, and I really don't want to know either.
Gnossiene is just a made up word used by Satie to indicatie a new type of composition.
My choice this week could've been Satie's first, third or fourth gnossiene as well, but I went with his first gymnopédie as it's just slightly more relaxed.
It's also probably his most popular work, with Wikipedia stating that "Gymnopédies have been heard in numerous movies and television shows" and then gives some examples of the first.

Never heard of them, but they sound nice!
Too bad they're not on Spotify (well, only three short songs)

I never trust any streaming service claiming that a video or sound clip will be available "permanently" or "always". I have got a disk full of video and music that I have permanently available - not because the website claimed that they would be, but because I ripped the contents and saved it on my local disc.
Disc storage is cheap nowadays. If you think a piece of music is good enough to hear again, or a movie is good enough to watch again - possibly because you want to show it to your friends - then you preserve it, so that the day it disappear from you streaming service provider, you still have access to it from your local hard disc.

You're preaching to the choir.
I still buy CDs, to people's surprise, and I'm currently in the process of (re-)digitalizing them all to high quality.
Unfortunately, I found some CDs that didn't work anymore, either because of some weird fungus or scratches (and I'm very careful with my CDs)
That said, there's no way I'm going to get any physical Sadistik Mika Band album anytime soon and Spotify is the first place I look.
Also, I can't buy everything I listen to as I'd be out of money (and space) very soon, so Spotify is a very welcome addition, and I admit, mostly replacement, of my physical collection.
Don't get me started on movies though.
At least Spotify has all the music (well, almost).
For Disney or Marvel I'll need Disney+, for GoT or the upcoming LOTR series I need Amazon Prime, for other stuff I need Netflix, older movies often aren't on any streaming services...
And just when you want to watch part two of whatever they pulled it from their service.
It's absolutely horrible
Needless to say, my movie physical movie collection is pretty big as well.
My latest additions (got them in the mail today) are Contact, Gattaca and The Moonrise Kingdom

I am pretty sure OG would have figured this in minutes. It was just that when did he saw this.
I will be away from internet on Monday probably - will be getting a new connection that day, hence refrained from answering. My next comment though would had about the retro/grade game
