Thanks Marco.
I was safe and Phialin stopped after some destruction. But Saturday night was very scary with wind blowing at about 200Km per hour.

Keep safe and if you're able to escape the landfall area do so. High winds and flooding don't care how brave or stubborn you are.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

Ofcourse... And it really helped. After two days, Phailin flew away. Still some parts of my state are inside water and it will take some time to recover.
But, it did not destruct as per the initial estimation.

How can you determine whether it was down to the praying or was just going to happen anyway?

I asked Mrs Wife where did she want to go last night.
It warmed my heart to see her face melt in sweet appreciation.
"Somewhere I haven't been in a long time!" she said.
So I suggested the kitchen

Living man declared dead[^]
Man who went missing long time ago, then declared dead, then returned, told that the ruling that he is dead cannot legally be overturned.

Well quite.
Poses lots of interesting questions.
He cannot get a driving license, which is what started the hearing, but also whilst legally dead he doesn't have to pay back all the money that was paid to his wife after he was.
Are all of his actions outside of the law? If he is outside of the law can the authorities simply amend him so he matches his legal status?

Ask DD. I'll bet he's already thoroughly investigated that angle.

He probably has; but except in stealing new ways to say "Gimmie!!!" our tax agencies don't follow each others precedents so his research would be of limited value.

I always liked Bobby Thompson's[^] description of a tax return form:
1. How much did you earn?
2. How much have you got left?
3. Send it in.

Hmmmm, even if he moved out here to California where illegal immigrants now can obtain a driver's license[^], he might not be able to.

For a second I thought it was Patrick Dempsey's old character from this movie[^], but his name was Ronald Miller. Phew.
[Hmmm...It is really scary that movie immediately came to mind when I saw the name of the undead guy]
