If you have a torn tendon a frozen shoulder should not be on the top of your list of concerns.
Not that a frozen shoulder is any fun though, it took me over two years to get rid of mine

Major Framework update has been released with Visual Studio 17.4

I just Installed Nuget and all packages that where 6.*.* got into 7.0.0
Then one package got error saying not supported on 6.*.* .
Then I came into realization about the new version.
