And what's really impressive is you wrote that in reverse order so that when I clicked on your posts from top-down, they read correctly. Well done.

Too bad they're probably all woofers.
You'll never get very far if all you do is follow instructions.

LOL nice sense of humor sir, but this is a serious question please suggest me some good tablets that can hold up with windows application fair enough
Why not use Google and find some serious and in depth reviews of different tablets that are a) available in your home country, and b) in the price range you can afford.

sir, i found some tablets with 2.2 Ghz but want to know is it fair enough for the VS2008 or above and sql database and etc.
Well you need to go and research all the products you are interested in and see what their minimum requirements are.

sir, i have checked it says 1.6 ghz is min. but want to ask will it slow down the tablet or not?

Agent_Spock wrote: will it slow down the tablet or not? No idea; this is not a question that people here are likely to be able to answer. However, as a rule of thumb it is most unlikely that any development products will have a serious effect on the performance of any system. Performance is dependent on the load placed on the system, and since that is a total unknown it's not possible to give a quantitative answer.
