Possibly - but I don't remember any bars on the Geneva busses.
And anyway: this is Switzerland! You can't afford to buy anything the bar sells unless you live there!
Beer is what these days - £6 ~ £7 a 1/2 litre (around CHF 10)?

Where did you go?
I haven't seen any bar that sells beer above 5.50 CHF (£ 3.6) a glass (the local ones here are all selling it for 4.50 CHF, ~ £3).
Okay, maybe there are some that might do sell it for more, but it's an indicator you should leave and find a better one.

I haven't been to switzerland in many years: coffee was "only" £2 a cup in those days!

Geneva is expensive, but I bet that the price on the website is wrong, or at least only applicable to the bars where the people of the FIFA and the UNO go, places which I'd avoid anyways.

Thats cheap! I could easily find bars that would charge 9£ for a 0,5l beer...6-7£ I would assume is average. Proof[^]
