I hope you are feeling well. Not that we had to continue the conversation, but your disappearance from the site makes me think you came down with something. If that is the case, get better soon.

LOL,
How did you know. That's nuts.
Yes, I haven't had a cold or virus in a really long time. I was running a small fever (two days) but that passed, I still feel like dirt but feeling much better. I've been bragging to my friends and family how I seemed to be immune to Covid and haven't been sick for a long time. It finally caught me (not covid), seems like the common cold.
If you are waiting for more feedback it may be a while. The tracking on your first edition book says December 28th, plus the week to read it. I want to see the big picture and evolution of your thoughts before providing feedback.
I will contact you through your website and avoid public discussion.
Best Wishes

Did your book show the 6th edition or the 7th edition in the copyright page? I just received an order and it gave me the 6th edition! If so, return your copy to Amazon for the correct version. If you remember reading a chapter on the three paths of the Babylonians, and illuminating what they were, you have the 7th edition.
But I'll bet you have the 6th. That's why you didn't get the right page count!!! The 7th also has a chapter on Moses, for 16 chapters total.
edit: now I have to go back to commiserating with myself for my poor addition abilities!

(Which also may explain why your copy was $5, and they haven't paid royalty on it yet. So the current edition will probably run the $20. )

I'm in Montana now, but the PO box gets forwarded if it is anything important.

Your first edition arrived today. This thing doesn't have any copyright notices or anything. Book is in good condition, slight wear and normal signs of use. It has 434 pages not including blanks, dedication and table of contents.
I left you a review over on Amazon. Can you check if you can see it? My Review page says "hidden by Sensitivity Filter · Dec 27, 2022" on that review for some reason. Never seen that before. I googled to see what it means and all I found was this:
Your Profile and Sensitive Products
I think it actually means that your "product" has been labled as sensitive but not really sure.

Let me know if you don't get a proper 7th edition. If you do, you will get more answers as to what my original contributions are, as the new work verified the Nibiru identification, and opened up the 'three paths' of the Babylonians. If you do so and contact me via email, I'll outline the changes between the 6th and 7th, so you don't have to re-read its entirety.
If you don't, I'd be happy to send a PDF, mobi, or epub no-charge, so you can at least see the additions.
I don't understand why Amazon gave you that flag, but since I can see the review evidently it has been overridden. Weird.
Best wishes,
David

David O'Neil wrote: If, when you open the cover, the first page shows my 'Out of pain comes anger...' prose, someone has probably cut the copyright page off for some reason. Yes. Upon closer inspection I can see that the first copyright page had been torn off, I can take a picture of it if you like. Why would they do that? Hopefuly I don't find anymore torn out pages.
David O'Neil wrote: I don't understand why Amazon gave you that flag, but since I can see the review evidently it has been overridden. Weird. It was a hidden review. I checked from other devices and it was not coming up. I finally found a setting in my profile to 'Hide sensitive content on Public Profile' or however they worded it. Go check your Amazon profile, there is a second tab where this setting is located. I had to check/uncheck that box to get my review to show up.
This could mean that you potentially have other reviews that are hidden. Might be worth investigating why your book is marked as 'sensitive'.

I doubt it's the language. When I went through my prior Amazon reviews some of the audio/video surveillance equipment that I've purchased over the years was also marked as 'sensitive' with a hidden review. I deleted those reviews after I allowed yours through, I decided that I didn't want them public!
I can't seem to find any documentation on what the criteria is for marking a product as sensitive. I only spent a minute or two looking though.

Weird. I'll keep my eyes open for similar shenanigans in the future. Thanks for letting me know.

(They may have cut it off because I believe long ago I dedicated a book on that page, before I added a blank page just for that purpose.)

Based on the lack of response, I'm guessing you agree with my assessment that the early editions are much worse than current, and harder to read. Looking at the second edition, yuck! I'm so glad I stuck with it to get to the bottom of the astronomy. But from that crappy read there is enough there to shout that the Samson story was based on astronomy.
No rush - I just felt the need for some humor.
Hope you are having a great New Year!

Recent funeral.
Yeah, the first edition is less organized. It's a harder read, I admit.
David O'Neil wrote: Looking at the second edition, yuck! Does this mean you don't have a copy of your first edition? I feel like you should have a copy.
You made me go look at it, I remember sitting a drink on it the other night. Looks fine, except for the torn out copyright page. I won't do it again.

I haven't found a first edition in my stuff, but I do have copies of every edition past that. Based on the second edition, the graphics in the first edition were real crappy wherever greyscale was involved. Lulu/Amazon said their process would take care of dithering, but they must of had a complete crap process.
I got a couple 7th edition copies in yesterday, and the graphics are good but not perfect. It looks like the distance between the printhead and the paper isn't being controlled correctly. But the graphics are FAR better than the second edition graphics.
Sorry for your loss. Hope you are doing well.

PS - if you want to swap that first edition for a signed 7th edition, we can work something out when you email me. You should still be able to get your money back on that 6th edition as the website was advertising it as a 7th edition.

The longest part for me was the download (we've got some internet issues in the area). As soon as the installation kicked off, it was about 10 minutes.

Just to pour oil on the fire
I have several PCs that had to be reversed out of 22H2 as they then failed to talk to older machines on the network that couldn't be updated to a similar level
Fortunately the reversal is much quicker than the installation
In particular client software wouldn't connect to sql server running on an older machine (windows 2003 so very old machine) came up with an ssl error. Reversing the update fixed it

I lost faith in applying logic to MS's update methodology with the Windows OS years ago. I'm still trying to figure out why random functions in Windows 10 break while a new update is only downloaded and staged (supposedly). I've had updates here in my office take over 12 hours to complete. I've had all sorts of functions break until the staged update is applied. It is insane since I directly oversee around 200 computers, laptops, and tablets. I'm delaying my jump to Windows 11 for the same reason that I delay all updates of MS software - to allow their public debugging process to get farther on down the road. Good luck.
