I had that on my work machine for years.

I feel your pain. Testers in an Agile environment, makes for some heated arguments between both sides, and user stories not making it to release.
Our testers are attached to individual project management teams. So, some teams/testers are better than others.

I've worked with good testers as well as bad, but they've always been busy.
Good ones busy doing good testing, bad ones busy doing bad testing, but alwasy busy

Well, I guess I'd better start porting stuff over to a different technology.
I'm using VS 2010 and our business will be using Windows 7 for the foreseeable future.
Should I jump up to VS20XX and port over to whatever?
This stuff doesn't need to be on the web - I'm sure I don't know where to go with this one.
I definitely don't want to do HTML.
Thoughts?

Stuck on Windows 7? Then WPF and click once?
Otherwise WinRT seems promising for the desktop on Windows 10 and is quite a similar API (WPF->Silverlight->WinRT all are very similar in spirit)

What version of VS do you think would be a good place to be right now?
Can I do development for Win 7 in the latest version of VS?
Windows forms?
I've only just begun to look into these things.
Guess what I'll be doing over the next year.

WPF, Winforms (although I wouldn't recommend this for any green field development), and web all work in the latest version of VS and can be deployed down to any supported version of Windows.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

I'm thinking;
Change out the sea water lift pump early 1Q15
Align the TR dampers u/g with the accom u/g on a per wing basis.
Shift the XV c/out on the crude pump to the 1H MP W/wash
Align the Lub Console upgrade to the MP 2H w/wash
but have a feeling that wont help you much decide...

I've considered that strategy but I've read some accounts of O-rings going bad well before people have had a chance to get around to the 1H MP W/wash. I'm not willing to work weekends to keep up with that nightmare.

Is there any actual problem with continuing to use silverlight?

I'm starting to get spooked.
Microsoft is setting their browser to block all old versions of Silverlight.
I'm on 5, but will I be able to run Silverlight in Windows 10?
All of this used to be so easy and now Microsoft is messing it up.
