sigh, I must be old. I've actually had interviews like this.
True story - where I consult, one of the engineers (employee) came to me with a critical problem at 4pm on a Friday. He was very agitated as his test was for a big, very important, must not disappoint customer, and the issue must be resolved ASAP. Me: "Well, it's 4pm here, but I can be in tomorrow morning at 7am..."
insert long pause with confused face, he said, "But, tomorrow is Saturday..." I said, "And... what's your point?"
We fixed it Monday, importance seems to be relative.

Thought I'd try out a simple WinForm/Core project: NET 7 standard
1 main form
1 usercontrol with a treeview and a panel
built the solution without error
dragged the usercontrol from the toolbos to the main form to create an instance: this error was reported:

I use my VS 2022 professionally, to make my company sh*t tons of money. I don't have any issues with it or complaints.
It definitely kicks ass!!
Edit: apparently your issue is similar to issues people have had since 2005/2007 versions. the VS designer is not compatible with your version of HyperTree, or something like that. I am not entirely sure this is Microsoft's fault.

I definitely have issues with it and I have reported the bugs. One they claim is "behavior by design" and I disagree entirely. The other one they have acknowledged and it is repaired in the latest preview for v17.5. Both involve the Batch Build functionality which I use extensively because I have lots of solutions with multiple projects in them.

HyperTree is a simple UserForm added to the Project the standard way via menu.
I believe this blow to my gluteus maximus may have been caused by demonic entities ... they are attracted to situations like this because the smell of the assumption that things will go "right," is like an aphrodisiac.

Google Santa Tracker[^] - currently over Japan.
Official NORAD Tracks Santa[^] - Currently over Alice Springs, Australia.
Does this mean there is ... more than one Santa?

He use quantum tech to get to everyone in time. So each time we measure him he will go somewhere else.

Quantum mech doesn't do that.

In order to visit every Christian household on Earth on Christmas eve, drop the presents, eat the cookies, and drink the milk, Santa must travel faster than light. The resolution of those web sites is simply too coarse to track Santa's position.

Obviously Google is in errror. NORAD has been tracking Santa since 1955 when the Colorado Springs Gazette misprinted their call Santa phone number. The number they printed went to the commander for the predecessor to NORAD. Rather than get mad, he had his staff set up a phone bank and then answer the phone.
As an aside, NORAD's Santa Tracking at one time was, and it may still be, an actual air defense exercise for the US and Canadian armed forces. Since they have to be on duty and pilots have to fly to maintain proficiency and certification, NORAD developed an air defense exercise to be run on Christmas Eve. I've had the pleasure of being the system controller who ran and monitored the exercise system while running Exercise Noel Tracker.
And for those who really don't know, Santa is a Time Lord and his sleigh is a TARDIS.
