Just got a new version of Office 365 pushed out to my work laptop and the "Simplified" Ribbon now looks more like the original toolbar used in the olden' days. ROFLMAO.

Perhaps this will go full-circle in the next couple of years and we will be back with the classic toolbar.

Personally, the ribbons never really clicked with me. I'm not saying they are bad or something and I use them in development - they can give a "modern" look to old MFC or WinForms apps. But obviously, as a user I'm not wired to get advantage of them, and I prefer normal menus or nav bars.

I have loved the ribbon since the beginning, the only thing I like more is the Quick Access toolbar at the top.
Cheers,

Hmm, maybe that's what happened to my signature which now brings up the signature properties instead of inserting it...easy enough to copy/paste until I figure it out!

Interestingly my Office 365 does not have the option... Even it was updated 5 dats ago...

Microsoft Office has no real competition.
So the only way to do recurring sales is by making changes regardless of whether they matter or not.

We're going full circle...mark my words, one day the "next big upgrade" for Office will turn out to be Office 2003, just rebranded.
